OPERATIONS

The Operations Division is the backbone and core of the Spring Lake Heights Police Department as it provides police services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. The Operations Division consists of 1 patrol Lieutenant, 3 patrol Sergeants and 8 patrol officers. In addition to daily town-wide patrol activities, the Operations Division responds to approximately 10,000 calls for Police Services each year. These police services include, but are not limited to emergency medical incidents, traffic enforcement, security checks, community policing, motor vehicle accident investigations, welfare checks, school security checks, fire response and mutual aid to the surrounding municipalities of the Borough of Spring Lake Heights.
