OPERATION REASSURANCE

The Spring Lake Heights Police Department is concerned for our residents that live alone.  For this reason, we would like to inform those residents that the Police SPRING LAKE HEIGHTS POLICE DEPARTMENTDepartment continues to utilize Operation Reassurance

The intention of Operation Reassurance is to make sure that people living alone have the opportunity to chat with our dispatchers every morning, letting dispatch know that you are ok and that no emergencies occurred overnight that would otherwise go unnoticed.

Operation Reassurance is geared for your safety while living alone.  In addition, your relatives will have a continued sense of security and peace of mind that you are being cared for by the Spring Lake Heights Police Department.

You will be required to have a telephone and call a special number established solely for Operation Reassurance residents by 10:00am every morning.  The telephone number is (732) 449-6175.  If your call is not received by 10:00am, a Spring Lake Heights Police Officer will respond to your residence and check on your well-being.

Operation Reassurance not only continues to foster relationships between the Spring Lake Heights Police Department and our Senior Community…It has also saved lives.
