BUSINESS EMERGENCY CARDS
The Spring Lake Heights Police Department takes great pride in its relationship with the community. Through the constant effort of expanding and strengthening community relations with local business and store owners, the Spring Lake Heights Police Department strives to provide unparalleled service as a law enforcement agency.
The Spring Lake Heights Police Department urges all local business/ store owners to complete the “Spring Lake Heights Business/ Property Site Information and Contacts” form. Through completing and submitting a copy of this form to the Spring Lake Heights Police Department, you will be assisting all Emergency First Responders (Police, Fire, EMS) in the event of the following situations, including but not limited to:
- Burglar alarm activation
- Break-in
- Fire alarm activation
- Carbon Monoxide alarm activation
- Emergency Evacuation
In the event of an emergency, Police and Fire officials will refer to this document when attempting to contact the business owner / manager for the purposes of ensuring the safety of all employees that may be present while emergency responders are checking and securing both the interior and exterior of the business and when contacting an alarm company representative.
*Please note any and all information disclosed will not be available to any member of the public. All information in this document will be secured on file at the Spring Lake Heights Police Department.*
